Board of Directors

The Board of Directors forms the cornerstone of MSWCF’s governance structure, tasked with steering the organization towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies. They also play a crucial role in setting the strategic direction of MSWCF, ensuring that the foundation’s activities align with its mission and vision.

The board is responsible for making significant policy decisions and overseeing the overall performance of the organization, making it the ultimate decision-making body in MSWCF.

Executive Director

The Executive Director is the face of MSWCF, providing leadership and direction to the entire organization. This role involves overseeing the daily operational activities of MSWCF, ensuring that all programs and initiatives are executed effectively. The Executive Director implements policies set by the Board of Directors and works closely with various department heads to achieve the organization’s goals.

By coordinating the senior management team, the Executive Director ensures that MSWCF remains focused on its mission and Program Department adheres to its values in all its endeavors.

Program Department

The Program Department is the operational heart of MSWCF, where ideas are turned into impactful initiatives. This department manages and executes a range of projects and programs across healthcare, education, and community development sectors. By designing and implementing these programs, the department ensures that the strategic objectives of MSWCF are met.

Finance Department
